Our client is seeking an expert in QuickBooks Online for a part time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant role to support the Finance Director. The business is in the retail, leisure and media sector and the role will be Remote / Work from Home, with flexibility to work part time across 2 - 3 days. This part time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant role will include:Data entry of sales and purchase ledger transactionsCoding and processing of supplier invoices and expensesRaising and processing sales invoicesBank reconciliations and assisting with VAT returnsReconciling credit card expensesMaintaining accounts records in readiness for month endAssisting the FD with annual audit and ad hoc tasksAn experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant is required. Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping and basic VAT principles is essential together with strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
