Previous experience and a track record of building and delivering relationships is essential.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders, first refusal in any competitive situation and to be familiar with customer''s regular requirements.Develop market categories and specifically new industries.Log, track and maintain outbound activity via Salesforce.Update customer information in our CRM and ERP.Conduct customer visits throughout the UK to strengthen relationships and secure new business.Maintain market and competitor knowledge.Maintain up to date product knowledge and competitor awareness which will enable you to offer alternative products when necessaryThe ideal candidate will possess the following experience.
