Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one and group support for students facing behavioural difficultiesImplement effective behaviour management strategies in partnership with teachers and support staffBuild positive, supportive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragementContribute to the development and delivery of individualised behaviour plansMonitor and record student progress, maintaining clear communication with teachers and parents or guardians Essential Qualifications and Skills: Experience working with students who have behavioural needs is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, and a positive, proactive approachAbility to remain calm and composed in challenging situationsGenuine passion for supporting students social and emotional development Located in Winslow, the school is easily ..... full job details .....
