Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £95 - £110 per day

The school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Learning Support Assistant will provide one-to-one support for a pupil within the classroom, helping to promote engagement, confidence, and progress while working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within a Primary School setting
• Previous experience supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, caring, and supportive approach
• The ability to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
• A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting children''s development
