About the Role:
- Collaborate with teachers to implement individual learning plans for students.
- Support students both in and outside the classroom to help them access the curriculum.
- Assist with studentsandrsquo; social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Supervise students during breaks, trips, lunches etc.
- Help create and adapt learning materials for studentsandrsquo; specific needs.
- Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to the teaching team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Prior experience supporting children in a school or comparable environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, adaptable, and patient attitude.
- Possession of a current enhanced DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
