This team delivers high-impact learning experiences to senior executives from local, national, and global organisations, blending digital and in-person programmes.This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a six-month probationary period. Some programme schedules will be outside standard working hours, including weekends, but flexible working arrangements are offered to support work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme and Project Management Take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, risk management, milestone tracking, and on-site or digital execution.Manage logistics such as travel, accommodation, catering, AV, and virtual learning environments.Coordinate with faculty, external speakers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of teaching materials.Lead live online sessions using Zoom, Teams, or studio setups.Facilitate team discussions to manage tasks, dependencies, and ensure smooth programme execution.
