This role carries full end-to-end accountability for the delivery of a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation, operating at the heart of the organisation''s digital HR strategy. This is a senior, outcome-focused contract role requiring strong on-site leadership in Coleshill (four days per week). You will work directly with executive sponsors, HR and IT leadership, systems integrators, and delivery partners to ensure the programme delivers tangible business value and sustained adoption. Key Responsibilities Hold single-point accountability for end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors programme. Provide programme-level leadership across design, build, test, deployment, and hyper-care phases. Establish and lead programme governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
