This role is ideal for someone who wants to step beyond the traditional classroom and make a real difference in the lives of disengaged, at-risk, or vulnerable learners. You''ll plan and deliver personalised one-to-one lessons that inspire progress and boost confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver personalised, engaging tuition sessions to students with SEN
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and EHCP targets
• Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other learning difficulties
• Build strong, supportive relationships to encourage confidence and progress
• Monitor, assess and report on student development

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEN (tutoring, teaching, or support work)
• Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
• Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
