We''re looking for a driven, ambitious multiskilled engineer who enjoys not only keeping production running smoothly, but actively contributing to installation projects, continuous improvements and site automation efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across a range of production equipment including conveyors, balers, strappers, print and gluing machinery
• Support the implementation of a CMMS and PPM system, helping drive a more proactive maintenance culture
• Deliver fault finding and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (motors, relays, contactors, sensors, belts, bearings, etc.)
• Assist with installations, upgrades and continuous improvement projects as the site increases automation
• Maintain and support site services, including basic monitoring of effluent water systems and general facility upkeep

About You

• Maintenance engineer ideally with an electrical bias or strong multiskilled capabilities
• Strong fault-finding ability across production machinery and control systems
• Basic PLC fault-finding experience (Allen Bradley advantageous)
• Motivated, hands-on and keen to be part of a developing engineering function
