You must have over 5 years of teaching experience to be shortlisted for this role.Key Responsibilities:Support students with a range of SEN needs, both inside and outside of the classroom.Plan and deliver tailored interventions in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to support student progress.Promote an inclusive learning environment and encourage student independence.Monitor and report on student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews.Experience of teaching in a SEN college/Post 16 setting will be desirable!The Ideal Candidate Will Have:HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.Previous experience supporting SEN students in an educational setting, preferably at college or secondary level.5 years minimum teaching experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A positive, patient, and proactive approach.A clear Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).What We Offer:Full-time position ..... full job details .....
