We''re working with a leading aerospace manufacturer known for precision engineering and high-spec machining for performance-critical industries. Due to continued growth, they''re looking to add a skilled CNC Turner to the team - offering a rare 4-day working week, excellent benefits, and a stable, long-term opportunity.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Setting and operating both Fixed Head and Sliding Head CNC Lathes
• Interpreting engineering drawings to produce complex, high-tolerance components
• Working to strict aerospace standards using Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi control panels
• Running bar feed machines efficiently in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
• (Bonus) Experience with Twin Spindle Twin Turret machines is highly desirable

What You''ll Need:

• Proven experience in CNC Turning and Setting - especially with Fanuc controls
• Strong understanding of bar feed machine operation
• Familiarity with aerospace-grade materials such as Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel
• Bonus points for experience with Doosan, Hardinge, Mori, or Star machines
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
