Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing temporary assignments based in Coalville, Leicestershire. We have both day and night shifts available, offering regular work with a well-established logistics operation carrying out general haulage deliveries and collections.

The Role

• Completing general haulage deliveries and collections across the UK.
  
  
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects.
  
  
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
  
  
• Completing all relevant paperwork and following company procedures.
  
  
• Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and Road Transport legislation.
  
  
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
  
  
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
  
  
• Digital Tachograph Card.
  
  
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.
  
  
• Previous Class 1 driving experience is preferred.
  
  
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach to work.
