Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher.

Ensure students complete set work and remain on task.

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Support students with their work and provide guidance where needed.

Report any concerns or issues to appropriate staff members.

Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Assist with general classroom activities as required.

Experience: Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.

Enhanced DBS: Must be on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

Skills: Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly across different classrooms.

Attitude: Positive, proactive, and committed to supporting students.
