Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a UK-based Design and Build Consultancy, leading multiple mechanical and electrical projects on-site in Weybridge, Surrey. This role is key and includes General Project Management duties, for example consisting of Review of RAMs, Permits of work, IT Lead, Review programmes, Book in meetings, Construction Control Plans (CCP), Building entry permits, Liaise with Building users, Liaising with client on site. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within the building services environment, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide clear communication and reporting on all project aspects. This contract is outside IR35 offering autonomy and flexibility while working with a highly skilled consultancy team, with a long term option of becoming a permanent employee of our client. Key Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the full project lifecycle of mechanical systems. Take ownership of multiple mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
