ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEERJOB OVERVIEWOur client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in the North East.Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks and industrial units, Retail and Student Accommodation.We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years experience in similar Electrical/ HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.JOB RESPONSBILITIES Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systemsDiagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.Handle basic Mechanical PpmsMaintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.
