CREDIT CONTROL - Temp - Hybrid - Redditch

Exciting opportunity for experienced Credit Control for a successful business near Redditch on a temp basis. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic candidate who can take ownership of the Ledger and improve/increase collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
• Resolving invoice queries promptly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records of all communications
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth cash flow

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in credit control
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Available to start immediately
