Company Accountant required for a well-established SME manufacturing business based in Birmingham Your new company A well-established manufacturing business based in Birmingham are currently looking for a qualified accountant to join them as Company Accountant / Finance Manager. We are ideally looking for candidates that can consider this role on a temp-to-perm basis and this is a site-based role requiring 5 days a week on-site in Birmingham. Your new role Reporting to the Managing Director, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Company Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, managing a team of four direct reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. You will also manage the external audit process.
