Description Your key responsibilities as a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services) Generate and develop deal flow through an established network of senior contacts and intermediaries. Originate and win both buy-side and sell-side MandA mandates. Lead transaction execution and oversee the delivery of high-quality client outcomes throughout the deal lifecycle. Drive business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the Corporate Finance practice.
