Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Enquiries: Registering applicants, logging their specific buying criteria, and proactively contacting them about suitable new listings. Viewings: Arranging, accompanying, and conducting property viewings with potential buyers. Offer Negotiation: Presenting offers to vendors, negotiating between both parties, and securing sales agreements that meet client expectations. Sales Progression: Acting as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth transition from an agreed offer to the exchange of contracts.
