Management AccountantReporting to: Head of FPandA and Strategic Financial PlanningRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a small but high-impact FPandA team.Reporting to the Head of FPandA and Strategic Financial Planning, this role will have significant autonomy and accountability for the end-to-end production of management accounts. The successful candidate will also line manage and develop one team member.The Management Accountant will work closely with the Finance Director, FPandA team, and wider Finance function, playing a key role in ensuring financial reporting is accurate, insightful, and delivered on time. The role will also support decision-making in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Management AccountsTake full accountability for the end-to-end production of management accounts.Prepare and review monthly management accounts for all Group companies.Prepare consolidated management accounts.Perform balance sheet reconciliations.Complete monthly Board and Executive reporting packs.ReportingProduce insightful reporting, including Sales activity, Customer, and RandD reporting.Develop PandL reporting by function, department, and product.Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders.Provide management information to the Executive team as required.Forecasting and BudgetingCollaborate with other members of the FPandA team to support the production of forecasts and budgets.Assist in ..... full job details .....
