Multi Trade Operational ManagerRochdale£44,219.4512-month Fixed Term Contract Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) looking for a Multi Trades Operational Manager to lead and support the Empty Homes Team and Contractors; driving high performance, productivity, and service excellence.In this key role, you will oversee the delivery of works to our empty homes, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to a high standard. You will play a vital part in ensuring our repairs service remains competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with RBH''s commitment to delivering quality homes and excellent customer experiences.With strong leadership skills, you will experience of managing and co-ordinating an in-house workforce to deliver successful outcomes including the co-ordination of multiple trades and the management of contractors.You will be experienced of managing budgets and deadlines, prioritising workload and resources and analysing performance information to continue to improve services.As a confident communicator, you will feel at ease liaising with both internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers and partners.
