Are you a multiskilled maintenance engineer with strong autonomous experience? Have you worked within a fast-paced FMCG or high-care manufacturing environment? Due to ongoing operational growth, my client is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the engineering department at their facility in East Anglia. The successful applicant will support the wider site engineering team, assisting with planned maintenance execution, managing external service contractors, and ensuring rigorous compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Operating fully hands-on, you will drive planned & preventative maintenance, carry out electrical/PLC fault-finding, optimize processing line efficiency, and support site KPIs.

The Role:

• Supporting day-to-day engineering schedules, external contractor management, and site safety standards.

• Executing hands-on planned & preventative maintenance, continuous improvement modifications, and electrical/PLC fault-finding.

• Working a Panama Days shift pattern at a state-of-the-art processing facility in East Anglia.

The Candidate:

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.

• Proven background within food, beverage, or high-volume FMCG manufacturing.

• Competent with PLC systems, electrical fault-finding, and holding a 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification.

• Strong autonomous engineering capability with a proactive, self-motivated approach.

• Commutable within the East Anglia region.
