If you understand how projects are delivered, how costs behave, and where risk sits, this is a natural next step.The RoleYou ll step into a Monitoring Surveyor position, working across a varied portfolio of lender-funded developments.Projects are predominantly residential-led, alongside hotels and commercial schemes.
