Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting our long-standing client with the appointment of 2 Electrical Maintenance Technicians on a permanent basis. This is a days role, Monday to Friday working from 07.30am - 3.30pm. You will work within a specialist engineering team responsible for maintaining and supporting some of the largest and most technically advanced heavy industrial equipment in the UK. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, combining fault finding, preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of electrically driven assets. Job Description Carrying out preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, fault diagnosis and repairs on critical heavy industrial equipment. Troubleshooting complex electrical and electromechanical systems to maximise equipment availability and reliability. Working with electrical power distribution systems, motors, drives, control systems and industrial communications networks Diagnosing faults efficiently and implementing safe, effective solutions with minimal operational disruption. Reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and technical documentation. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.
