Skills required:Qualified Actuary (Institute and Faculty of Actuaries), or qualified by experience, with preferable experience in Life and PensionsA results focused leader with a track-record of leading and developing a high-performing team.Thorough understanding of the insurance industry. Prior experience of working in a large, complex organisation will be an advantage.Deep knowledge and experience of financial risk management with a particular focus on liquidity and capital management, Own Risk and Solvency Assessment and Recovery and Resolution Planning, and/or Risk Appetite.
