Associate level Private Client Solicitor

is wanted for a growth driven hire by a leading law firm. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team, advising a predominantly high-net-worth client base on the full range of private client matters, including tax and succession planning. Salary will be in the region of £62,500 depending on experience, with excellent benefits.The successful Private Client Solicitor will play a key role in the team, adding mid-level resilience, supporting a Senior Associate, and supervising less experienced Solicitors and Paralegals. You’ll manage your own caseload, that will include the drafting of Wills and LPAs, tax and succession planning, estates and trusts formation and management. Private Client Associates will also help with the development of the client base, building strong relationships with referral sources and raising the profile of the department in the community.Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will be an Associate level Solicitor who has worked in a good regional, high street or boutique. Solid Private Client know how will be complemented by strong communication and soft skills. Good academics will support all this and provide a platform for future professional development. Some connection to the Thames Valley area would be an advantage but relocates are also encouraged to apply.Employer PropositionSalary will be in the region of £62,500 with lots of potential for progression in a team that is primed for growth.
