Sales / Office Administrator Royal Wootton Bassett £12.30 per hour Our client is looking for a Sales / Office Administrator on either a full time or part time basis. Sales / Office Administrator Roles and Responsibilities: Process sales and purchase orders through to dispatch and invoicing using Sage 50 Arrange transport quotes and book deliveries as required Liaise with warehouse to ensure accurate and timely dispatch Manage customer queries, complaints, returns, and order tracking Keep sales team and customers informed of order progress Maintain stock records and update online platforms Support directors with sales administration and general office tasks Assist with filing, document management, and meeting coordination Provide occasional support to dispatch (picking, packing, receiving stock) Maintain a tidy and organised office environment Sales / Office Administrator Ideal Candidate: Strong computer skills and experience with spreadsheets Working knowledge of Sage 50 Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Sales / Office Administrator Working Hours: Monday Friday 08 30 Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
