Reporting directly to a Director, you''ll lead and manage an experienced administration team, providing comprehensive commercial support across all departments.Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee commercial services from project inception to completionManage and support the team to meet all contractual and commercial deadlines.Review framework agreements and project contracts, advising on risk (including JCT and NEC contracts)Administer performance bonds and liaise with insurance brokersPrepare and monitor execution of sub-contractor orders and warrantiesRespond to sub-contractor queries and ensure compliance with legislationPrepare Payless Notices in line with the Construction Act 1996Manage agency orders and ensure IR35 complianceConduct quarterly performance reviews and mentor team membersProvide accurate data input, reports, and ..... full job details .....
