We are currently looking for HR candidates who are available immediately to join a busy organisation near Chelmsford on an ongoing temporary basis. This role would suit candidates from a variety of HR levels who are available to start immediately and can support a busy HR function. Due to the nature of the role you will need your own transport to be considered.Hourly rate will be dependent on experience between 14-19ph and working hours will be between core 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:Supporting the HR team with HR administration.Assisting with employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.Providing HR advice to managers and employees.Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems.Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.Preparing HR documentation, letters and reports.Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.Assisting with HR projects and general departmental support.Requirements:Previous HR experience at Advisor or Administrator level.Exposure to ER matters.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD beneficial but not essential.Must be available for an immediate start.Full UK driving licence and own transport required.If you are an HR professional looking for your next temporary opportunity and can start immediately, we''d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
