This means investing in talent, technologies, and tools that empower you to own your career.Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded.Network Systems Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the MUFG EMEA data network and all other aspects of networking including firewall and Network infrastructure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTake ownership of network related incidents and troubleshoot from first alert to resolution, to have good customer facing skills when liaising with users, to co-operate with other team members and other internal teams, to liaise and take charge of vendors for incident resolution.AdministrationMaintaining and where necessary creating a full set of comprehensive network data diagrams and documentation.Project SupportTo conduct project activities to specific time lines and to deliver network data project tasks and objectives assigned to the team.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEGood understanding of ISO layers IP addressing and SubnettingSystem Operation and MaintenanceLayer 3 Path Control, IPv4 redistribution, EIGRP based solutionsOSPF based solutions, BGP based solutions, Layer 2 switchingVLAN’s, High availabilityFirewalls; Palo Alto, CheckPoint and Cisco ASAF5 BigIPTetrationMaintaining and monitoring network performanceTroubleshooting a multi-protocol system networkManaging Cisco routing and switchingNetwork securityAdministrationMaintaining and where necessary creating a full set of comprehensive network data diagrams and documentation.Project SupportTo conduct project activities to specific time lines and to deliver network data project tasks and objectives assigned to the team.Team DutiesAssist with the support and maintenance of the all NSS duties including data, security and infrastructure
