Mechanical Contracts Manager - Data Centres London / M25 Permanent £90,000-£110,000 + Package We''re working with an established and growing mechanical contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to support their expanding Data Centre client base across London and the M25. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, smaller works packages and variations within live Data Centre environments, rather than overseeing one large hyperscale build. The Role You''ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and handover. You''ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal Design, Estimating and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to programme. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple mechanical projects and smaller works packages concurrently Taking projects from pre-construction and design through to commissioning and handover Managing variations, delays, programme impacts and commercial risks Working closely with QS / Commercial teams to protect project margins Managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and wider project teams Developing and maintaining project programmes Chairing client and project meetings Managing RFIs, TQs and technical submissions Identifying and mitigating design, delivery and ..... full job details .....
