You will be working on a planned maintenance contract including disrepair, damp and mould as well as other planned works such as kitchen and bathrooms, windows and doors etc. As a Building Surveyor, you will be working alongside the senior building surveyors, supporting them in managing their property portfolios and transactions. You will be responsible for managing technical and complex projects from start to finish, providing a highly professional competent service, with experience and exemplary customer service. The client is looking for a self-motivated, professional individual with specialist skills including building surveying, project management and budgetary control, who is able to communicate and influence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
