Job Title: Accounts AssistantLocation: Hull (HU1)Job Type: 3 Month FTC, ASAP start An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established business based in Hull, HU1 area. This is an exciting opportunity and the role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day processing of supplier invoices and supporting month-end processes Key responsibilities:Process invoices through automated Purchase Ledger systemReconcile supplier statements and chase outstanding invoices/creditsProduce Aged Creditors Reports and assist with month-end closeEnsure payments are made in line with supplier termsMaintain up-to-date and accurate creditor recordsSupport the wider finance team with general ad hoc accounts tasks Experience and skills required:Experience of Microsoft 365Recent experience of Accounts Payable processes.Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in person and in writingHave a high level of attention to detailHave the ability to multi-task and prioritiseProfessional at all timesAbout UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
