Our practice is a friendly, well-established GP surgery located in the heart of-Oxford, serving a diverse and growing patient population. The clinical team includes GPs, nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, and a supportive administrative team, all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. They are now looking for a dedicated, reliable Medical Secretary to join their team on permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing referrals
• Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
• Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and other medical staff.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, related to patient care.
• Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
• Experience using ERS / Choose and Book for referrals
