WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 2PM to 6PM As a Customer Service Advisor, you''ll play an important part in helping our customers feel supported and confident throughout their journey with us. Whether you''re answering questions, resolving issues or providing updates, you''ll make sure every conversation is handled with care and professionalism. You''ll be responsible for delivering friendly, helpful and efficient customer service across a range of enquiries. From supporting customers with orders and deliveries to explaining products, handling returns and finding practical solutions, you''ll help create a positive experience at every touchpoint. Every day will bring different conversations and challenges, so you''ll need to be organised, patient and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You''ll listen carefully, take ownership and work with colleagues across the business to make sure customers receive the right support at the right time.
