£50,000-£55,000 + £80,000 OTE Uncapped Commission Leeds City Centre We''re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing to join a growing healthcare staffing business in Leeds. This is a genuine new-business role, focused on identifying new opportunities, winning clients and developing them into long-term, profitable accounts. You''ll have dedicated recruitment, compliance and operational support behind you, allowing you to focus on building relationships and generating new business. The role Identify and target new business across the healthcare and social care market. Build relationships with owners, directors, registered managers and senior decision-makers. Manage the full sales process from initial approach through to signed agreement and first booking. Win new care groups, multi-site providers and strategically important accounts. Develop new clients into sustainable, profitable partnerships. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through HubSpot. Attend client meetings, networking events and industry forums. Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to ensure client requirements are delivered.
