This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing repairs, compliance, and complaint resolution across a varied property portfolio.What You''ll Be Doing: You''ll lead and support a team responsible for maintenance delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Acting as a key link between tenants, clients, and internal teams, you''ll handle complex repair issues, disrepair cases, and complaints in line with regulatory expectations.You''ll coordinate with contractors and specialists, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with housing legislation-particularly around damp, mould, and health and safety.
