Secondary Health and Social Care and Food/Catering Teacher Start: ASAPContract: Full-time Milk Education is seeking a knowledgeable, practical, and resilient Health and Social Care and Food/Catering Teacher to join a supportive department in a Secondary school in South Yorkshire. The role will involve teaching KS3 and KS4 Health and Social Care and Food/Catering, delivering engaging theory-based and practical lessons that support students'' understanding of health, wellbeing, nutrition, and care pathways. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Health and Social Care and Food/Catering lessons in line with the national curriculum Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons Ensure a safe, well-managed learning environment, adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene requirements Promote understanding of health, nutrition, wellbeing, and care-related topics Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to support learning Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and student outcomes Uphold the values and standards of Milk Education and our partner schools Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Ability to teach Health and Social Care and Food/Catering at KS3 and KS4 Strong classroom and practical lesson management skills Sound knowledge of health and safety and ..... full job details .....
