In this position, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of comprehensive information systems, encompassing both hardware and software, to ensure seamless implementation in our customers'' environments. This role sits at the intersection of systems design, solution integration, and customer engagement, requiring both technical depth and the ability to work closely with stakeholders, including sales, technical teams, and end-users. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement hardware/software solutions tailored to customer environments. Advise internal sales or customer-facing teams on the technical capabilities and integration requirements of proposed solutions. Conduct system assessments, feasibility studies, and performance analysis for new solution proposals. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customisation needs, cost estimates, and system architecture considerations. Develop and maintain system models, flowcharts, and documentation to ensure robust understanding and future maintainability.
