Working alongside a highly regarded team of specialists, you will advise an impressive client base on a broad range of high-value and complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.You will manage a varied caseload encompassing contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, breaches of directors'' duties, fraud, intellectual property and technology disputes, property litigation, construction-related disputes, and domestic and international arbitration.
