The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools and professional fees. Salary £28,000 basic + uncapped commission + Excellent Benefits and Growth Opportunities Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers. Speak with customers by telephone and understand their individual requirements. Guide customers through the company''s services and explain the process clearly. Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to convert interested customers. Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey. Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships. Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant services. Handle customer questions and resolve queries efficiently. Maintain accurate customer information and activity through Salesforce. Work towards individual and team-based customer service and sales targets. Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service. Skills and Experience Previous experience within account management, customer service, sales or a similar customer-facing role.
