Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
• Accurately identify vehicle faults, reporting findings to the Service Manager
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations
• Adhere to manufacturer procedures and dealership quality assurance protocols
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and diagnostics as a-Vehicle Technician
• Support team members and contribute to a collaborative workshop environment
• Where active, undertake MOT testing duties (training provided if not already qualified)

Requirements:

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Proven experience working within a busy dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical competence
• Driven, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated to meet team targets and dealership standards
• An active MOT licence is highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
