The responsibilities of the Revenues Supervisor will be:Leading and supervising a team within a busy Revenues serviceOverseeing the accurate processing of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction casesProviding technical guidance on complex assessments and legislative changesManaging workflow allocation to ensure performance targets and service standards are achievedConducting appraisals, managing absence and supporting staff developmentWorking collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to resolve customer mattersSupporting continuous service improvement and ensuring compliance with statutory regulationsAssisting with monitoring income and expenditure within the service area.
