Job Description:Plan ahead for production changes by ensuring they have all the relevant tools, materials and equipment for the next change overSafely shut down machines at the end of their production runs ensuring all Safe Systems of Work (SSOW''s) are followedSafely remove moulds from machines and return to appropriate safe placeRemove all materials not required for the next job and ensure adequate materials available for next jobSafely install the tool for the next run and ensure that all installations are completed safely and completelyAccurately report on daily performance sheetsLead by example in the delivery of all work to encourage positive business growthMaintain the area production quality levels and machine productivity uptimeProcess the production run to standard setting requirements and produce product standards to First Off acceptable standardOptimise the process to ensure that target cycle times and cavitation are achieved or exceededEnsure that machines put into production are set in a clean and tidy manner suitable and safe for production operativesEnsure that all machine monitoring is set with appropriate tolerances to ensure safe repeatability of processUpdate the business performance monitoring system with accurate data ..... full job details .....
