Known for our premium quality products at competitive prices, we are a family business dedicated to providing professional and friendly service to our customers in North Yorkshire and beyond.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, day shift role (Monday - Friday) for a Factory Hygiene Operative at our facility at Dalton, Thirsk.Responsibilities:Ensure all areas of the factory, including production floors, storage, and equipment, are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard.Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively, following company and health and safety guidelines.Regularly clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and workstations.Follow cleaning schedules and procedures, including waste disposal and maintaining hygiene standards across all areas.Monitor and report any maintenance issues or potential hazards.Comply with all health and safety, environmental, and quality control regulations.Maintain cleanliness in line with hygiene audits and inspections.Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a factory or industrial hygiene role (desirable but not essential).Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.Self motivated, with the ability to work ..... full job details .....
