This will be across Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire so a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. This is a varied, hands-on position where you''ll help ensure properties and communal spaces remain safe, clean and well maintained. Working independently, you''ll carry out routine repairs, oversee maintenance activities and play an important role in delivering a positive living environment for residents.Key Responsibilities:Complete a range of minor repairs and planned maintenance tasks across communal areas and residents'' homes.Organise and prioritise maintenance work to ensure timely completion.Carry out regular inspections of schemes, identifying maintenance issues and reporting any concerns.Help maintain compliance with health and safety requirements.Liaise with and monitor external contractors working on site.
