Role: Head of HR Sector: Automotive Components Manufacturing - Tier One Supplier Location: Coventry area, Warwickshire Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum + Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance Working Arrangements: Hybrid - 3 days on site The Role Are you a strategic and inspiring HR leader with a strong background in the automotive components manufacturing industry? Here''s a fantastic opportunity to lead HR at a well-established tier one automotive components supplier with around 400 employees across multiple sites. You''ll be a key member of the UK Senior Management Team, driving HR strategy and operations at the main Warwickshire facility while supporting other production sites as needed.
