Sales Account Executive - ITSM

This role is to join a team of relationship builders that create lasting value: you will develop a strategic sales pipeline working closely with teams in marketing, products, partners and expert services. You will understand that sales is a cross functional activity, reliant on excellent stakeholder management and the ability to employ a consultative and value-based approach to technical sales. The role To design and execute a smart, data-driven sales strategy that wins new clients Identify key accounts, uncover pain points, and show how my client''s solutions deliver measurable business value. Build your own pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, social selling, and inbound engagement. Run compelling demos and workshops that align directly with customer goals and challenges. Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with a consultative, value-based approach from first contact to close. Stay ahead of industry trends and feed fresh market intelligence into marketing, product, and leadership.
