Requirements: Proven experience in Main Contracting project management. CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). SMSTS qualification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
