Account Director - Middle East

**Location: Manchester****About the role:** *The Account Director for the Middle East Market is a senior-level role responsible for driving strategic growth within the region by leading the acquisition, management, and expansion of key enterprise-level accounts. This role focuses on developing and executing tailored sales strategies to enhance* *Escode''s footprint in the Middle East, securing long-term contracts, and driving revenue growth. The Account Director will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding Escode’s market presence across the Middle East***Company Overview:** Escode, a global leader in software escrow solutions and part of NCC Group, is dedicated to safeguarding businesses against unforeseen disruptions. With over 40 years of experience, we have pioneered the software escrow category, ensuring the security and availability of critical software applications and source code for some of the world’s leading brands. Our solutions ensure business continuity and protect software investments, making us the trusted intermediary for large-scale enterprises.**Skills and Experience:** **Experience:** 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably with a strong background in the Middle Eastern market, particularly in technology or software solutions. Experience selling services into risk and compliance functions or IT solutions into large enterprises is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies that drive growth and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients.Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing large, multi-year agreements in the Middle East.**Financial Acumen:** Solid understanding of financial principles, with the ability to structure deals that are both profitable and strategically sound. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
